  1. Everyone has different needs. I am frequently asked by people who are about to purchase a Contact Management Productivity System, "So how do I get started". Many licensees are purchasing CRM Software because they have to. They realize they need to get themselves better organized, so they are forcing themselves to do it with a Real Estate CRM. Then they sit there staring at it wondering where to start. I can help with that! If that's all you need, I'm here for you!

  2. Another kind of agent is the one who is excited about implementing a Contact Management/CRM software product, but they can never seem to get the time to do anywhere near what they wanted to do with it. When you have a weekly hour long appointment made with another person, a coach, then you are forced to do it. You commit to that time, and THAT works! Accountability works! Coaching provides accountability.

  3. Ultimately, if you have a powerful CRM and if you truly want to take advantage of its capabilities, we can start by learning the software if that is necessary, or we can jump straight into implement a system that will make your business life so much easier you will not believe it. If you want to implement prospecting, listing, closing, and post closing plans, you may want to purchase Trans-Plans, & Dave Beson's Letterwriter. It would cost more in my time to create it all from scratch than it would if you purchased them. Trans-Plans will install automatically in Top Producer, Agent Office, Active Agent for Outlook, or AdvantageXi. Dave Beson's products will install into even more programs. If you have a different CRM, we will just key them in one by one, together, or as "homework".

This is not about installing software. This is about making decisions about how and what you want to do to process your prospects, listings and closings, and post closing follow-up. How long it will take depends upon how detailed you want to to get, how quickly you move along, or how quickly you allow me to move you along. I have worked all over the country with very decisive people and everything moves along quickly. I have also worked with people who have a tendency to want to put a lot of thought into each activity. If you are like that, it's OK. You are likely a very detail oriented person and that is good to an extent. I will do my best to keep us moving at a desirable pace.

 

We can do it all together, or we can spend that hour learning how to do what you are expected to accomplish in the coming week. Homework!

We will pick and choose the activities that apply to your way of doing business, and incorporate the two to create five plans:

I'm not so sure about learning 100% on your own.  I think a combination of self learning AND expert training is best.  I played around with AO for many many hours, and learned some things, before hiring Gary.  With Gary Hall's online training, I learned 10 times more than I did on my own, in a quarter of the time, and learned many tricks right then and there that would have taken me a long time to find searching manuals, listserv archives etc..
