I am asked every day which one is my favorite. If I had to pick one that would suit the majority of agents for an all around CRM, this would be it. Powerful system yet still very easy to learn and use. Includes professional monthly e-Newsletter and powerful email marketing capabilities. Best Real-Time data sharing with tablets, phone, Outlook using included exchange server. This is NOT a synch, which is why it is so good. Syncs with Outlook, all smartphones, and Mac Address Book.

If you haven't seen it in a while, they did an interface "makeover" not too long ago that really makes all the difference. One of the things I like most about it is their always expanding selection of partners with which they improve their product. Most recently they added Contactually, which joined others such as MailChimp, Rapportive, Docusign and many others. If you're looking at Top Producer, you also need to look at this one.

Ranges from $49 to $149/mo. per person -5% with my discount. Sound expensive? It includes the Salesforce license. Wait until you see it. This is for serious professionals who demand it all.

I have been waiting for a CRM I could recommend to sophisticated, demanding agents, teams, or large brokerages.It uses Salesforce as its platform and is completely customizable.

 

Pricing varies depending upon the number of agents. A team of 5 agents would pay $29/mo. 50 agents $7.90/mo. and when you see what you get, it's a bargain! The bigger the team or brokerage, the better the price.

Far and away the best lead distribution, tracking, and conversion for teams and brokerages. Incredibly powerful - will make rainmakers/managers/brokers stand up and shout Halelujah! Yup! This is the one you've been looking for.

Favorite among agents who like to customize their CRM to their needs, and agents who do a lot of REO. BPO, Short Sales, and/or Loan Origination. Strongest report generation, referral tracking, and transaction management in the industry. Fully integrated internal e-mail client. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+ Social MediaTab in Contact Screen. Synchs to almost any phone using free Google account..

Their new mobile product is the best on the market. It will knock your socks off! Best one stop shopping. Has most features and template content already included. Especially good for new agents who do not know what they need, and experienced agents who do, but do not want to use a lot of different applications. Has more integration with vertical products than any other CRM. Includes integration from within the contact screen to Facebook and Twitter, and links to listings and solds from Realtor.com from within contact screen, and displays them on an interactive map.

Far and away the best marketing materials and drip campaigns in the industry, with a good CRM to back it up. Also includes Agent Web pages and Property Web pages. This is a lot of bang for the buck!

All Clients' is unique in that their focus is on referrals.  If you are big on building your business by working your database, this one might be the right one for you!
