since 1991 in the DOS days, and
has continued to consistently improve the entire time!

I had been
meaning to take a look at Advantage Xi for quite some time. I had not
known how long they had been around, and did not have a clue how incredibly
well thought out
it is. No one could have a product
this complete, without the advantage of many years of time to do it. Imagine a
company that listens to each suggestion from its users,
and implements 90% of them within weeks, for almost two decades. It is quite
obvious to me that this company listens to what its users are asking for,
and they act on it. And they have been listening, and acting, for a
very long time

Some of my favorite features:

It is one of the most intuitive (it makes sense) CRM
solutions I have seen yet!

Synchs with Google to virtually any phone, e-mail,
address book, and calendar

Social Media tab opens the contact's Facebook
and Twitter page right in the contact screen

It synchs with Outlook! Including categories and
notes.

That said, you won't want to use Outlook any more -
Advantage's e-mail software does some things that Outlook can't.

Use Advanatge's e-mail rules/filters that you create,
to add incoming Web leads as a contact, categorize them, and then launch a
follow-up plan based on keywords in the e-mail To:, From:, subject, or content.

Will do merges with MS Word & Publisher,
although it has its own internal word processor and desktop publisher.

100% customizable reports

Referral tree with lifetime value function that
shows you how much money a referrer has made you.

If you want something that has more bells and
whistles than you can count - this is it! DO NOT take that to mean that it is
difficult to learn. It is not. It's just that the more you dig, the more you
find.

I use it myself. With a DroidX and Google, I can
receive an e-mail on the Droid, reply to it, and both e-mails are automatically
stored with the contact in Advantage. I can also add a calendar item with an
alarm in any of the three, and it will synch to the others.

I'm a big believer, particularly
with CRM, in considering the Big Picture. Xi excels at about 90% of what
I want a CRM to do. There is another 7-8% where it handles what I need.
And, yes, there is about 2-3% where it could do a lot better (and much of that
2-3% is something that Xi cannot do by itself...it relies on other systems and
services which are not themselves fully developed or capable). No doubt
it is because I have used so many other CRM products that I'm such a huge
fan of this one. I know the alternatives and on the
whole, this beats the competition for what I want and need
hands down – warts and all.

This is the best CRM for real estate
I've used. Ten years as an agent and I have used
MS Outlook, Top Producer, Agent Office and wasn't
happy with any of them.
XI blows them all away. I'm just learning all of the
features of XI and using the video tutorials. It's
very powerful, yet easy to use, I find new things each day. I
do mortgages as well so I might be doing that add-on. So
far, so good!

"We also use Google Apps. It's GREAT! We use our
email address, NOT @Gmail, but bill at
nazaroff.com
We have Google Apps for $150 for 3 users a year. We have started using Xi with
the sync and that works great. We have Android smart phones and all emails sync
to Xi even when we send from our Droids.
Another thing that we use for storing documents/files is Zumo Drive. It acts
like a local drive BUT syncs in the cloud, so all 3 of us can have access to the
same files from Advantage Xi, or when we change or add a file it syncs on all
the computers. We even have an app for our smart phones.
We have 3 laptops syncing to Xi's server so that we can all keep in sync. We are
all pretty much Virtual with very little paper! All PDF's as much as we can are
with Docusign.
Stenya - our transaction coordinator has her Advantage Xi set up to sync Tasks
also.
Just a BIG plug for Xi - I have pretty much used all or
tried all and we keep COMING BACK to Xi - We are NOT looking any more as Xi is
it - NOTHING is as powerful and flexible as Xi!"

am very happy with the software thus far, what I am still most impressed with is
the customer service. They have made several updates based on suggestions and I
find they are very helpful in answering questions. Each week I am tackling
something within the system: full database is uploaded, mail merge, this week I
am doing an email blast from the site, so all is moving along smoothly.

I use advantage
XI on a Mac laptop with Parallels. I do not use it full time. I have a
windows desktop for daily use. However, I have used my Mac laptop with
Parallels/Advantage XI for extended periods while visiting my daughter. One
time I had to be on the computer for numerous hours with a very challenging
and tense transaction. Had anything been difficult with the computer, I'd
have been beyond upset. Advantage XI and Parallels worked seamlessly. I'm
headed out of town for the next few days with my laptop Parallels/Advantage
XI set up and I'm feeling very confident that I'll be able to do what I
need to do.
I can't say
enough good things about Advantage XI. I've been using it for some time now. We
have a small office with Advantage XI on 6 machines. We are about to buy two
more add ons. Like any program, Advantage XI has it's moments. There are
occassionally minor 'quirks' including some with the sync feature. However, the
support at Advantage XI is absolutely excellent. I've never had the totally
frustrating experiences I've sometimes had with various other programs. My work
has been interrupted only when I choose to engage support to get some minor
thing fixed. Mark, the developer, pays attention to feedback and continually
improves the program. I'm a happy camper.
