Backing Up Agent Office To
CD
Backing up Agent Office to CD requires CD software that allow you to write
directly to the CD. Here is help on that topic.
The
ability to write directly to a CD has various names. The more technical
term is "Format the CD as UDF".
Over the years, the Roxio software called this "Direct CD" and
later "Drag To Disk". Nero called this "InCD".
Roxio no longer includes the UDF format capability in the standard
package.
However, they have finally released a program called "DLA" as a stand
alone product at a reasonable price -- see: http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/dla/overview.html
So
- what you need is:
-- an older version of Roxio Easy CD Creator with "Drag-To-Disk" (The
old DirectCD had lots of problems on XP so I would not recommend it).

a copy of NERO Burning Rom with InCD (not all copies of Nero have InCD)
--
a copy of DLA (DLA was also included in the older Sonic programs... and
Roxio has been purchased by Sonic).
