Agent Office Purchase Options

Pick an option - Download or Ship?

There are 2 options when purchasing Agent Office.

Option #1 - Order and download the software - NOT an immediate download!

When you place your order here, it will be placed immediately with FNRES. You will receive a 'Thank You' e-mail from us, with instructions and more information, and the link for your free class download. Within 24 business hours, at the most, you will receive an e-mail from FNRES with a link to download the software, and an installation code.

As you are downloading the software, there will be no shipping charges. FNIS may add state taxes if your state mandates their collection.

This is a very large file, and should not be attempted without a high speed connection. As an example only, you may expect the following under normal conditions. There is no guarantee you will experience the same results. It could take much longer in some circumstances. With a FIOS connection it took about 5 minutes. With cable or DSL it will take a few more minutes.

As you will not receive a CD of the software, make sure to click 'Save' when prompted on the download, and save it somewhere, so you will have it if you need it in the future. It is strongly recommended that you burn this file to a CD/DVD. The download is the entire program, so you can use it to install the software on any computer. If you do not keep a copy of it, and you need it in the future, you will have to order a replacement CD for $29.95 plus S & H. You will only be able to purchase a replacement CD as long as this version is available. If you need a replacement CD in the future, and new upgrades have come out, you may have to purchase the upgrade if you are more than one version behind.

Option # 2 - Order the software and have it shipped to you on a CD.

You order Agent Office and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within a maximum of 24 business hours of ordering. The vast majority of the time it will be much sooner. The CD will be shipped to you within 3 - 5 business days from the time you order. You will not receive it any faster or cheaper if you order it directly from the manufacturer, as exactly the same procedure is involved. FNIS charges state tax if your state mandates it. FNIS charges $15 for shipping. No one has any influence over their carrier or fee.

Next day delivery is available for $30 in the United States. "Next Day" being the next day after they process the order. Generally speaking, orders placed prior to 11:00AM EST will often be delivered the next business day.

Orders delivered to Canada may incur GST at time of delivery.
