I'm with you Paula! I also purchased Agent Office two years ago but it sat on my shelf and I continued to use my Outlook. This past summer having outgrown Outlook I knew I needed to make a change. Ohhhhh.....how we all hate change!!

But Gary was amazing. We communicated several times before I took his class. (conversations mostly went like..."Gary, I'm ascared"..."Deb, you will be fine").

Well after taking his class and purchasing his plans I can honestly say it was the BEST thing I have every done for my business!! After his instruction it took me only about 2-3 weeks of use before I totally mastered the software. What did I ever do without it?

First thing in the morning I open my AO and everything I need to do it right there. This program and Gary's class have saved me HOURS of TIME each week plus no more anxiety of what I have to do, or what or who have I missed.

I have to add that Gary is phenomenal. I bought AO in 1994, but after a couple years, assistants, and partners, just recently decided to upgrade to the most recent version which was like a whole new program. I contacted Gary and signed up for his lessons on "how to use AO". This has worked out great for me as it lessoned the learning curve and will enable me to get on top of the game much earlier.

If anyone wants to buy new technology, learn how to use it quickly, and needs a good, honest person to give them input, I'd highly recommend Gary as he is one of our own, will tell you the truth and is very good at what he does.

Diane asked: I am looking for a good contact management system that isn't too expensive. I have tried Top Producer online but have found it somewhat quirky. I would love to hear from you!

Brent said: I have been using Agent Office for a little over a year and like it. Agent Office has a few little quirks, as it seems all do. These are minor and I really like the program.

A couple months ago I spent the money and took the class with Gary David Hall and it helped a lot. I learned many little things to make it do a whole lot more than I had discovered on my own. It was money well spent.

I just upgraded to version 9.0 and purchased Gary David Hall's Trans-Plans. Getting started implementing them now. My wife will be my assistant. From what I have seen so far, I believe the Trans-Plans will make it very easy for her to use many aspects of the program without me there to hold her hand. Not that I mind of course!

Hi Gary - Because I'm a good student who listens to the instructor :>), I created the activity plans you recommended while I was taking your class. And I'm thrilled that I did. As you promised in the class, my stress level is dramatically reduced. I'm juggling 9 transactions at the moment, and don't worry about a thing because AO tells me every day what needs to be done. If some unforeseen event needs to be scheduled, I just add it to the plan. I love it!

On another subject (a favorite of yours), I had some hiccups early on with AO and somehow couldn't access my data. But, thanks to your recommendations, I bought Eazy Backup and religiously backed up AO just about every day. Thus, I was able to retrieve everything once I cured the hiccups. Then, this week, I had a weird virus (at least, I assume it was a virus), and after 6 hours on the phone with Dell and my ISP techs, my only option was to reformat the hard drive. The bad news: Reformatting and reinstalling all my programs took the better part of two days (I had no idea how many programs I use regularly). The good news: Eazy Backup had all my data, and that took less than 30 minutes to restore. Now I'm back in business. Thank you, Gary Hall!

You showed me in 5 easy classes what would have taken me a year to learn. You can be assured; I will be recommending your class.

During your last class I realized I had forgotten to produce a form for my Broker Open House the next day. I knew it was going to be a long night and that it would take me about an hour in Publisher. After your class I ‘clicked’ just a few keys and I had my form ready to go in 2 minutes. Amazing!! And so professional looking. I can’t wait to see the faces on the other agent’s faces tomorrow.

Dear Gary, Thank you for helping me and my assistant Carol Yeager in understanding the subtle nuances in the Agent Office Online Training Classes.

The GoToMeeting format helped make the lessons much easier to understand as we could watch you and follow your cursor in demonstrating different ways as well as your preferred ways to utilize the software.

Since I have known Gary (which has been a long time) he has been my Computer Guru. The best part about him is that he is so "Dummy" friendly.
