Dear Gary, Thank you for helping me and my assistant Carol Yeager in understanding the subtle nuances in the Agent Office Online Training Classes.

The GoToMeeting format helped make the lessons much easier to understand as we could watch you and follow your cursor in demonstrating different ways as well as your preferred ways to utilize the software.

Although Carol is relatively new to real estate, I have been a broker for 18 years and fairly proficient in the Top Producer software. The Top Producer high learning curve was the main reason I wanted to switch to Agent Office for training my team. Each software program clearly has their own strengths and weaknesses and I am confident that our switch to Agent Office was best for our particular needs through your expert training.

The weekly format gives you enough time to digest the training in a meaningful and understanding fashion. The price of the training is very reasonable and that price becomes exceptional when you factor in Gary's experience, shortcuts and methods of using the software.

Since I have known Gary (which has been a long time) he has been my Computer Guru. The best part about him is that he is so "Dummy" friendly. He knows the dumb questions you are going to ask and answers them before you ask! He also teaches in a way that makes the material very clear and easy to understand from the beginning. I have always found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable in this Techy world we work in.
