Agent Office
usually runs fine without "burping". On occasion though, something just
stops working, or starts working differently. The first thing to do is to
"re-organize' the files in Agent Office, and see if that will clear up the
problem. To do so:
Close Agent
Office, and when exiting - do a Backup. DO NOT PROCEED with the following
instructions without doing a backup!
Go to:
Start
All Programs
Agent Office
Agent Office
Utilities
File
Check All Data
Files for Corruption
Yes
File
Verify Record
Identifiers
Yes
File
Re-index All
Yes
File
Pack All
Yes
Now open Agent
Office and see if the issue is resolved. If not, the next step would be to
run the 'Repair' function from the CD, after clicking on 'Install'.
