Agent Office APP Interface
Uninstall Procedure

Q - Hi All. I just upgraded my laptop and installed version 7.0 Everything
installed fine. I restored and have all my data. My MLS is Innovia and I
installed the Palm Innovia. My APP interface in my hotsync does not have
any of the Agent conduits there. I tried to re-install the interface and I
get a message that says I have a newer version of the interface installed
and it stops installing. I tried to un-install the interface and I get the
same message any help?
A - If you installed v7.0, then browse to the following
folder:
C:\OLS
In that folder you should have the following two files:
AGNTADCN.DLL
AGNTDTCN.DLL
Delete those two files, then try uninstalling the APP Interface again. Once it
is uninstalled, reinstall it, which should put the Agent Contacts and Agent
Activities conduits in your Hotsync Manager.
Note: If the folder C:\OLS does not exist, then check C:\Program Files\AgentOffice.
