companies throughout this transaction. NONE of them are perfect! If you're
having issues with someone whose name you received from us, we need to know. If
you got their name from us, we usually have "clout" with them. We only continue
to give out their name if they if they give our clients their best service.
These people are business associates, not personal friends. You're not going to
hurt our feelings by complaining about them. If you don't tell us, we will
continue to give out their names, and we don't want to do that if they don't
deserve it. For instance, even the best loan officers and loan processors
sometimes get busy and get lax returning phone calls. If you ever have a problem
getting return phone calls from your lender or processor, call us. We will make
sure they get back to you in a timely manner. So for whatever reason, if you
ever have any issues with people associated with the process, call us so we can
help. That's one of the things we're here for.
