WiseAgent – LES is More

OK I made up the acronym but it wasn’t too difficult. LES – Lead Enhancement System. How often does a lead come in with the only information being an email address? Or maybe you get a name too. But those bare minimum amount of information leads can be a pain. Not too long ago WiseAgent added the ability to find any social media related data to automatically add to their contact record. Now they’ve set it up to happen automatically when a new lead comes in. Very nice! I’ll let them explain it:

“How valuable are the current internet leads you are purchasing? Would it make a difference if the leads had a full name, picture, and even interests and favorite sports teams listed when they come in? How about links to all of their social media?

Wise Agent is very excited to announce the release of our new lead enhancement system. Now as soon as your leads automatically drop into Wise Agent from any source, our lead system immediately scours the internet in search of any social media linked to the lead’s primary email address. Many times, the search will return full names, company, job title, photos, social profile links, and more. You may have paid for a partial lead, but because you are a Wise Agent member, we turn your partial lead into a full lead with this new technology. This makes it much easier for you to turn that lead into a relationship.

Check out this video demonstrating how it works.

You can enhance any existing contact as well, from the Social Media tab at the bottom of the Contact Summary page.  You can enhance the first hundred contacts for free, and if you want to enhance more you must purchase more credits.  The more you buy, the cheaper they are!”

If you would like to trial or purchase WiseAgent, I offer my Trans-Plans Emails free when you do it through my site here.

WiseAgent Recent Updates

Just a quick note to let you know some of the more recent improvements to WiseAgent. If you looked at it  a little while ago but did not move forward with it for any of the below reasons, you may want to take another look right here!

  • Mobile – Just added full month view to your calendar on the mobile web app
  • Letters – Emailing letters is now even easier using the Action buttons on the Letter List
  • Transaction Checklist – Select a “parent checklist” to link multiple checklists together (e.g. dual agency or multiple offer situations)
  • Checklist – A source field has been added to the checklists to allow tracking the source of each transaction for the upcoming reports
  • Call List – Now when you complete a call, you can mark that call as completed to record that information for your reports that are coming soon.
  • Status – A status drop-down field has been added to the contact summary page just under the image that will allow you to set the status of each lead / contact. This was added in preparation for the new dashboard and reports coming soon.

Wise Agent Adds Task List to Mobile UI

Wise Agent has announced that the Task List has been added to their Mobile Interface.  Wise Agent’s feature-rich To-Do List has been raved about as one of the best designed task lists available.  Now, all of these handy features can also be accessed from your phone or tablet!

WiseAgent Mobile Interface!

Synching has always been the way to view your CRM data on your phone. Unfortunately there tend to be inherent problems with it. Sometimes the synch doesn’t work well, especially with calendar items. It also doesn’t offer any more than the address book and calendar and on occasion some to-do’s. A mobile interface is not a synch.  It is looking at the live database on the CRM’s servers so there are no synching issues. This is the way the industry is trending and it’s a welcome change.

Not only does the WiseAgent mobile interface give you more than just contact and calendar (calendar coming very soon) information, but provides a call list as well. Another significant difference is that if you really want to access information that is not in the other mobile buttons, you can go directly to the standard site from it.

Another feature that I think maybe WiseAgent mobile interface can claim a very first in the industry for, is for you lefties! The interface can be set for lefties which means you can choose on which side the check boxes appear. Pretty cool!

I offer WiseAgent with an extended free trial and I include my Trans-Plans Listing and Closing E-mails/Letters. Just click here for more details.
