AgentOffice Utilities

(AgentOffice must be closed to open the Utilities menu.)

Once there, go to:

Accusync

Master Options

• Click the Reset Master Timestamps button.

• Confirm your selection, and it should let you know that some number of records have been modified.

• Once done, you can close out of your Utilities menu, and open AgentOffice, and all should be well.
