Setup, Data Transfer
Conversion, Export Data, Export All Contacts, Next, Export Selected
Columns, (Select only the fields you will use in your next CRM solution),
Start Export, Save-In (Select Desktop), File Name should say “Contacts.csv”.
Open the exported file
(which is on your desktop) in Excel. Delete the first two columns, labeled
“Hidden Contacts” and “Contact ID”. Save the file with those changes.
If you are importing that file into Outlook 2003 -
In Outlook, click on File, Import and Export, Import
from another program or file, Next, Comma separated values (Windows), Next,
click Browse and find the file you exported from TP on your desktop, Do not
import duplicate items, Next, select the Contacts folder, make sure to
"Map" the fields you are importing, and continue with the Wizard.
