Some of the flow and terminology is not what you normally see in a real estate specific CRM. Once again though it is a relatively basic CRM which means it is easier to learn and use because there is less to it. That’s what many people want which is why I have this one available. Between AddressTwo and this one it’s another chocolate or vanilla decision. Just a matter of which one tastes better to you.

Unique or  Notable Features

Phone/Tablet – Since 1989 I have been hearing how “a CRM won’t work for me because I can’t be in front of my computer all the time.”  That was always a misconception due to a lack of understanding, with only a little truth to it. Well those days are gone. We went from keeping a separate address book on our phone, to syncing our CRMs address book to the phone, to an application installed on the phone, to a user interface (a web page).

AllClient’s mobile user interface is relatively basic but it still gives you much more than just a phone synch.



Referral Tree – Something I am asked for relatively often is a good referral tree. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s a great visual to see who referred whom by laying it out in branches. A referred B and B referred C, D, and E.

Sales Stages –  This is a nice visual that is missing in most Real Estate CRMs. A quick and dirty look at where your listings and closings are and the stages are customizable!

Client Touch – In keeping with the visual concept of AllClients in general, if you want to take almost any kind of an action with a group of contacts, here is where you do it!

Voice Touch – I started using one of these back in 1996. At that time we purchased a separate computer that actually stored the messages on it and controlled the phone extensions. It was completely separate from everything but it was still a great lead capture tool. Now AllClients has integrated Trilio right into it so that everything is displayed internally.

Landing PagesAllClients provides a very nice tool to create a simple landing page that can you use for informational pages, stealth lead generation pages, etc. It’s quite powerful with respect to your ability to customize the page itself, the completion page, the actions you can take when submitted and even analytics!
