Importing Agent Office Letters...

1) The package will be sent to you as a "ZIP" file e-mail attachment. You must unzip it. Save it to your hard drive, and then unzip it. Optimally, you should first create a folder in your "My Documents" folder, maybe called "Agent Office Imports", to store the unzipped file. The folders will now be available on your computer. Now you need to import the letters into your Agent Office software.

2) Now we have to import the file. Open Agent Office. Click on the "Word Processor" icon at the top of the page.

3) Click on "File", and then "Import".

4) Make sure "Look in" says "Agent Office Imports", or whatever you named the folder. In this case, it was named "GaryDavidHall Plans & Letters - RTF".

5) Within that folder will be a folder called "Letters". In that folder, you will see the following sub-folders. Note the "From me..." and "From us..." folders, within the "Letters" folder. There are 2 complete sets of letters. The only difference between them is that one set of letters is written in the first person, or coming from an individual, while the other set is from a team, or office.

YOU ONLY NEED TO IMPORT ONE SET OF THESE LETTERS!

6) Open the folder that is appropriate for you. You will see the files listed. Click on the first one, then click on "Open".

7) The Letter will appear on your screen in the Agent Office "Word Processor".

8) Click on "File", and then "Save As".

9) Click on "Form Letter", and key in a Category, such as Gary David Hall Letters, name the letter exactly the same as the name on the import in "Form Letter Name", then give it an "E-Mail Subject". The e-mail subject is for when this form letter is sent as a 'form e-mail'. Name it whatever you like.

Repeat until you have imported ALL the letters, then you are done!
