6) Open the folder that is appropriate
for you. You will see the files listed. Click on
the first one, then click on "Open".


7) The Letter will appear on your screen in the
Agent Office
"Word Processor".


8) Click on "File", and then "Save As".

9) Click on "Form Letter", and key in a Category,
such as Gary David Hall Letters, name the letter exactly the same as the
name on the import in "Form Letter Name", then give it an "E-Mail
Subject". The e-mail subject is for when this form letter is
sent as a 'form e-mail'. Name it whatever you like.

Repeat until you have imported ALL the letters, then
you are done!
