Formatting Letter Library in Agent Office

by Gary David Hall

First - measure on the stationary, in inches, how far down from the top, up from the bottom, and in from the left margin, you want the text to start. Keep it as close to the top as possible, because you don't want to force the letter into a 2 page letter. I suggest leaving it at font size 10. Next:

Go to "Start", then "Run", then key in "ltrfmt32.exe" (without the quotes).

That will open the "Set Letter Format" dialogue box.

Click on "Set Format". Key in your preferences.

Then click on "Format all letters". You're done!

If you don't like the way it turned out, you can go back and start over again to change it.
