It is an online technology that is free to you, literally takes less than 5 minutes to set up, and is perfectly secure. This enables us to work directly on your computer to train you, or help resolve any issues you may have, no matter where in the world you are!

There is virtually no difference than having me there to help you with your training on many different topics, or help you solve a problem.
