Just as our customers find Top Producer 8i invaluable for sales, marketing, and contact management, we also know many want to continue using Microsoft Outlook for day-to-day emails. Now you can have it both ways with the new Top Producer Outlook Connector.

Top Producer Outlook Connector plugs right in to your Microsoft Outlook application; no new programs to launch or tricks to learn. Once installed, the Outlook Connector invisibly unites Microsoft Outlook and Top Producer 8i’s contact history and contact database features. Email sent from Microsoft Outlook is copied to Top Producer 8i’s contact history. Need access to your Top Producer 8i contact list? Search it from within Outlook as if it was located within your Outlook application.

The Outlook Connector integrates Outlook with Top Producer 8i on a number of different levels:

Email features within Top Producer 8i automatically launch Microsoft Outlook rather than Top Producer 8i's My Email.
When sending an email from Microsoft Outlook, the message is copied to the recipient's contact history in Top Producer 8i.
Search your Top Producer contact list and add contacts as message recipients, all from within Microsoft Outlook.
Manage your Top Producer email and all additional email accounts directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 & Top Producer 8i

With Top Producer Outlook Connector, your default mail client in Top Producer 8i becomes Microsoft Outlook. Clicking an email link or selecting 'Send email' will launch you directly into Microsoft Outlook.

Incoming and outgoing email messages can be automatically attached to the corresponding recipient’s Top Producer 8i contact history.

All messages assigned to Top Producer 8i Contacts will be accessible as part of a matching contact(s) history.

Any existing email, including incoming email, can be assigned to Top Producer 8i. Simply highlight the email and select ‘Copy to TP’ which will attach the email to the corresponding contact history.
