APP Interface

The APP Interface is a synchronization tool which was introduced to AgentOffice users in the year 2000 to provide a mechanism to synchronize the AgentOffice user’s contacts and activities with devices built on the Palm OS platform. This APP Interface tool comes free of charge with the purchase of AgentOffice and the installation package is available on the AgentOffice install CD located on the “Install” tab when the CD is inserted.

The APP Interface install overwrites the default Palm Desktop conduits in the Hotsync Manager with the AgentOffice “Agent Contacts” and “Agent Activities” conduits to sync the device with AgentOffice. The next time you synchronized the device, Hotsync will know to look at AgentOffice for contact and activity information.

For more information on setup instructions or settings, please refer to the APP Interface section of the AgentOffice User Guide.
