These plans and letters import into Active Agent, and included in the plans are drip mail/email campaigns to thank
referrers, keep your clients informed and therefore calmed down, always asking
for referrals at the same time. Active Agent doesn't have any activity plans for
listings and closings included in it.
They were initially created for the Pennsylvania market, but by working one on
one implementing them with agents and teams in many states, they have been
expanded to include many other markets throughout the country including New
Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Illinois, Nevada, Missouri,
Mississippi, California, Hawaii, Washington, Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts.
The point is that they will probably cover at least 95% of what you do in
your market, no matter which state you are in. Tailoring the balance of them to
meet your market's needs is easy compared to starting from scratch.

What is the Activity Plans Package?
FINALLY! A set of activity plans, and the associated letters,
for taking a listing, or selling a property, and taking it to closing.
This is the ONLY package available for listing & sale transaction management
plans of which we are aware.
I've taught many hundreds of agents how to create "Activity
Plans". VERY few of them have ever made the time to sit
down and create the activity plans that will help them organize their business, tell
their assistant what they need to do, and set themselves up to be able to sell
their business as a turn-key operation.
The concept is to simply go down
through the list of tasks, letters, promotional pieces, and phone calls, and
simply delete any activity that you do not need, or is not appropriate for the way you run your business.
While these activity plans can't possibly include every single thing every agent does
through their transaction, they include the vast majority of them. They
have been compiled from many different agent's activity plans, and should make the job of
creating your activity plans infinitely easier - and most importantly - much faster!
The package consists of everything mentioned above, plus
documentation explaining each activity, and many tips about how to build and use
the plans, far beyond just launching them.
