One of the things that I particularly like about them is that the 'Notes' section of the activities contains lots of good information. Some of them have a rationale for why the activity is being done, and others have specific step-by-step instructions on how to complete the activity. You could literally set someone new down at the computer and they could go straight to work using these plans.

I am also very impressed with the completeness of the plans, in terms of the detail of the activities to be done. As Gary says, get rid of paper checklists and use your plans.

The letters that come with the plans are very good as well - lots of details and well written so your clients will be kept up to date and informed in good English.

As I have been looking at these plans, I have been thinking about how much time it would take to put them together. Having created well over 100 action plans over the years, I am well familiar with the time it takes to even enter them in the database, let alone to create the content of the plans and then the letters.

You should take a look at these plans, because if you were to put such thorough plans together yourself, I believe you would end up earning about $1 an hour for the task, and it would take about 4 weeks full-time doing nothing else to create and enter them.

Just my humble opinion of an excellent product by a great contributor to RealTalk.

Relating these plans to the desire to become more efficient, I realized, by investigating the steps in the plans and reading the letters, that the implementation of them will make my business much more efficient. Heck, implementing the idea of just getting everything into the database instead of using paper forms will greatly increase our efficiency.

I have been using Agent Office for a little over a year and like it. Agent Office has a few little quirks, as it seems all do. These are minor and I really like the program.

A couple months ago I spent the money and took the class with Gary David Hall and it helped a lot. I learned many little things to make it do a whole lot more than I had discovered on my own. It was money well spent.

I just upgraded to version 9.0 and purchased Gary David Hall's Trans-Plans. Getting started implementing them now. My wife will be my assistant. From what I have seen so far, I believe the Trans-Plans will make it very easy for her to use many aspects of the program without me there to hold her hand. Not that I mind of course!
