What is the Agent Office Listing & Closing Drip
Campaigns?
These two
sets of plans are comprised of 28 letters or e-mails in each plan, and the
activity plans that put them on your calendar when they are due. One set of
plans uses letters that are written form a single agent (from me), and one set
of plans uses letters that are from a 'team' (from us). Additionally, we've left
some of the reminders in from the full blow Activity Plans
Package, for other things that get mailed or e-mailed. For example,
there are reminders to mail your 'Just Listed' and 'Just Sold' post cards;
Seller Reports, Closing Reports, Utilities Data Sheet, etc.
Everything installs in 7 clicks, and
already has the overwhelming majority, if not virtually all of the
letters you need, to facilitate
your transactions.
