Plans". VERY few of them have ever made the time to sit
down and create the activity plans that will help them organize their business, tell
their assistant what they need to do, and set themselves up to be able to sell
their business as a turn-key operation.
The concept is to simply go down
through the list of tasks, letters, promotional pieces, and phone calls, and
simply delete any activity that you do not need, or is not appropriate for the way you run your business.
While these activity plans can't possibly include every single thing every agent does
through their transaction, they include the vast majority of them. They
have been compiled from many different agent's activity plans in many different
markets around the country, including Canada and Hawaii, and should make the job of
creating your activity plans infinitely easier - and most importantly - much faster!
