Real Estate Contact Management/CRM Solutions
There are more and more CRM
(Customer Relationship Management) solutions coming out every day. What are the
differences between them? How do you decide which one is right for you? What
information can be imported into them, and how is it done? The question often
asked is, "Which one is best?". The question which really should be asked is,
"Which one is the best for me?".
This is a workshop to help the agents make the
determination as to which CRM solution is the best one for them. If they already
have one, this workshop will help guide them as to whether or not to stay with
the one they have.
Gary David Hall is the Real Estate industry's only
Real Estate CRM "Broker". Until January 2008, he was the only person Top Producer had authorized to
sell both Top Producer, and it's primary competitor, AgentOffice, as well as
many others. This privilege was extended due to the overwhelmingly positive
reputation Gary enjoys internationally in the industry, for his depth and
breadth of knowledge on the subject, and for being fair and unbiased in his
presentation of the many choices available.
If you call any of the CRM companies, they will
obviously tell you their product is the best for you. Gary is a reseller for all
the major CRM solutions, as well as many others. This puts him in a unique
position, inasmuch as he can truly be unbiased with his advice on that topic.
Look at it the same as when you are working with a buyer looking for a home. You
try to find the best match for them. You don't care which one they pick
(assuming it is not a big mistake), as long as they pick one. You can be
unbiased about the houses you show them, and you point out the positives and
negatives of each. It's the same thing!
Bring Gary in to compare and contrast Top Producer,
Agent Office, REST, Active Agent for Outlook, Respond, Real eSeller, 360Agent,
Realty Juggler, All Clients, ACT! add-ons, Goldmine, Howard & Friends, and
others. What are the pro's and con's of each over the other?
Do you know what you need? What are the questions
you should be asking yourself, to better determine your needs?
Once you understand your needs, then Gary will
explain the capabilities, or lack thereof, of each of the above mentioned
solutions.
Real Estate Technology Toolkit
Most agents use technology not
because they want to, but because they have to, and there are so many
different aspects to it, that it's difficult to get a solid grasp; a good
overview. This course will help to tie together many of those things they have
“some” knowledge of, and introduce them to the latest concerns, issues, and
tools.
Gary speaks to 2 - 3,000 Real Estate agents each
year. Agents are, out of necessity, more knowledgeable than they were,
even 2 years ago. While some of the following may sound "too advanced",
the feedback has been that it is presented in such a way that it is just what
they needed to pull everything together, to make sense of the myriad of
challenges through which they must navigate.
Gary created this 7 hour seminar, comprised of 365
Power Point slides, to replace an
existing technology course at Polley Associates Real Estate School. It is
comprised of many different subjects, all of which can be presented
independently, so it can be tailored to any time frame.
A recent attendee says -
"As a recent graduate of the e-PRO course I was all ears at a seminar by Gary
David Hall sponsored by one of our local Title Companies here in Tampa.
Gary spoke for almost 3 hours on a good variety of subjects all of which were
relevant and informative. I was able to glean many good pieces of information
which I will use in my Real Estate business. If you get a chance to attend one
of Gary's seminars - Jump at the chance - you won't be sorry!!"

Success Stories
We thoroughly enjoyed the classes you held at our office. Both the agents and I
felt the material presented was of a significant value and will help us in our
day-to-day work activities. Being more efficient and managing time effectively
will only continue to grow in importance in our industry. Having a knowledge of
and being able to use technology is an absolute must in today's business world.
I especially appreciated that fact that you took the time to present an outline
to me prior to the class so that we could custom-tailor it to our agents. So
many times people take classes where the speaker / teacher never investigates
the level of sophistication of his or her students and consequently a
significant amount of time is wasted going over items in which the students are
already proficient. The agents also appreciated you allocating time for their
questions both during and at the conclusion of the class.
Bringing educators like you into an environment like ours provides tangible
evidence of the value we as owners and managers provide our associates. As you
know, both classes you gave were complete sell-outs with waiting lists. I am
looking forward to having you back soon!
Neal Baldwin, RE/MAX Action
Associates, Manager

"Mike, just wanted to take a moment and pass on to you how much Gary Hall has
helped our office. The numerous tasks he has explained, (SOAR, RE/MAX 2000,
Internet, etc.) I not only benefited from his office visits, but have also
learned from his ability to teach. I know I have not used all the support
systems that region provides (a fact I am changing) but next time I am asked
what the region is doing for the money they receive from us, Gary Hall will be
at the top of that list."
Ural Tomblin - Broker/Owner - RE/MAX Countywide

"…it was nice learning from someone that does not treat you like an idiot for
not knowing something"
Lisa Phillips - Assistant to Bonnie Eschelman

"Gary was great! He answered all of my questions (no matter how basic). This was
a very valuable training day - time well spent. With a training background, I
found myself observing as a "trainer". He had great audience involvement, good
visuals, control of the group, and was very relaxed and comfortable with the
content. His sense of humor is refreshing and a good teaching technique."
Beth Markowski - Polley Student, Realtor's Licensed Assistant, MBA Teaching

"…did an excellent job on the Internet Seminar on Tuesday. Both the presentation
and the materials were excellent. I thought your information was well organized
and covered the important points without getting bogged down in details that no
one needs to worry about."
Barbara J. O'Donnell - Realtors' Special Services at RE/MAX Properties Ltd. -
Sponsored by Norwest Mtg. Inc.

I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's Internet Training session at the Blue Bell CC.
The materials presented were informative, and will inspire us to enhance our
technology efforts. Gary Hall and Jennifer Gates did an excellent job and should
be commended accordingly. We are looking forward to Gary's visit with us…"
Bob Shadduck - Broker/Owner - RE/MAX Associates of Delaware

"Thanks so much for making our meeting extra special. Your insights and
recommendations were greatly appreciated by both myself, the owners, and our
agents."
Neal Baldwin - Manger RE/MAX Action Associates - Recipient of RE/MAX SEPA
Technology Award 1997
"Best technology course I ever took! I use the computer and internet daily, and
I often take additional courses. I learned more today than in any other course"
Polley Student - Using Technology to Serve Consumers

"Thank you for a most interesting, informative, well prepared, structured,
course. You have managed to make sense of a very confusing issue (Technology).
As instructors rate, I give you an A+. You captured 100% of my attention, and
that is not easy!
Linda Scaperotto, Instructor evaluation from Polley Student

"Excellent & exciting! As a college teacher for 20+ years, I can really
appreciate the value & experience of high quality instruction, coupled with an
engaging and entertaining personality. I'll be signing on for more of Gary's
courses in the future.
