Data Merge Forms:
I have created custom forms that utilize the data-merge
capabilities of Agent Office. I’ll import whatever you need that I already
have, or customize (for a fee) the forms for you. Every time you do an AOS, your
office, title companies, mortgage companies, and other agents, require
information from you. By entering that information one time, in the listing
module, and the contact module, you can then print forms that have all that
information on them. This eliminates the need to fill out many different forms
with the same information, or answer the questions on the phone. Just fax the
form and be done with it. Some examples include:

Cap Sheet – has everything from the parcel number to the
commission splits. The “Parties” involved come from a “Client Closing
Report”. It will have all the parties involved with their name, phone, and
fax numbers.

Follow-up Data Sheet – Print this and take it to
settlement. It puts the existing seller’s or buyer’s names and addresses in
automatically, and they fill in their permanent new address and phone number,
or temporary new address and phone number, with a date of anticipated
permanent move, and their birth dates. It’s a professional looking way to get
the info you need, and a good way not to forget to get it.

How many times have you been informed that there are tasks

running smoothly, and more quickly? Index, pack, check for corrupt files,
backing up, Scan Disk, Disk Defragmenter, Anti-Virus Data Updates. We will
create “Activities” in Agent Office, that will insure you do what’s necessary in
there. I will also set up your “Task Scheduler” in Windows, to run periodic
maintenance when it should be done. You won’t have to know much. It will just
come up, and tell you what buttons to press!
