The cost:
This is not like installing software. This is about
making decisions about how and what you want to do to process your listings and
closings. It should take one to two days to complete, depending upon how
detailed you want to to get, how quickly you move along, or how quickly you
allow me to move you along. I have worked with very decisive people and
everything moves along quickly. I have also worked with people who have a
tendency to want to put a lot of thought into each activity. If you are like
that, it's OK. You are likely a very detail oriented person and that is good to
an extent. I will do my best to keep us moving at a desirable pace.
On-site is $2,000/8 hour day + all
expenses. No partial days.
Online using
GoToMeeting is $1,500/8
hour day. Partial days will be billed accordingly.
