I asked someone who complimented me on this
site, but bought Top Producer at their site, why he didn't buy it here.
He said "I
think the main reason is that this was a decent size purchase
and commitment and a very large undertaking after that to populate all the
data. For any substantial purchase, I usually try to buy directly from the
main seller as long as price is not a major differentiator. I like to know
that there is somebody I can call directly at the company (not a middleman)
to complain if something is not to my satisfaction."

a middleman in this instance is a benefit. You deal directly with Top

satisfaction, I can go to bat for you, as I have their ear. My reputation
on the Internet is held in high regard by the folks at Top Producer, which
is why until January 2008, I was the ONLY reseller authorized by them to sell not only their
product, but Agent Office and others as well."

Where Top Producer 8i has it
all over everyone else, is content, MLS compatibility, and expansion
