There
are 2 ways to bring Agent Office data into TP7i. One is an
"Export" from Agent Office, which will yield 103 fields. Most of them are
contact fields, with some being property information type fields. Those
fields can be viewed on my site at
http://garydavidhall.com/aoexportfields.htm In order to import that
data into Top Producer, you must click on Setup, Data
Transfer/Conversion, Import Data, Run. This will download and run a
'data conversion' program. That data conversion program only works with an
'export' from Agent Office, as opposed to a 'backup' of your Agent Office
data, which contains much more information.
The second way gets much more data
from Agent Office, and is actually easier. The data you will get includes

This way is to "FTP" your Agent Office
"Backup" file, not "export", to the Top Producer support team. The TP
support people will walk you through the whole thing, including the FTP
process (a method to upload the "Backup" file from your computer to
theirs) for free, within the first 30 days of switching to TP 7i.
