• Community Reports

• You can now create a presentation that contains city reports (such as, city population, income, age, and employment), school reports (such as, education levels, educational trends and student to teacher ratio) and crime statistics (such as, types of crime and crime trends). For more information, see Community and school Report feature.

• 7i Dashboard

• The Dashboard provides a snapshot of the day's activities, displays any new leads, and provides shortcuts to many of the program's main features including adding new contacts or activities. Use the new Dashboard to stay organized and efficiently perform tasks from

• one main page.

May 2006

• Unsubscribe from mailings: You can now insert an unsubscribe link in every email, flyer, presentation, and other mailings that you send out to your contacts. This will enable your contacts to unsubscribe from mailings at any time.

• Assistant sharing: Assistants can now be shared by multiple agents, which means the assistant can access and perform tasks in multiple agent accounts and only one assistant license is required.

• Agent security: You can now control whether a team member or assistant can export or delete contact information, transactions, referrals and leads.

• Group scheduling meetings: You can now schedule a meeting and invite other team members using Top Producer 7i to attend.
