"I have been using Market Snapshot for a few months and love the product. I use the product in many ways. First, for my listings, I sign them up for Market Snapshot and each month they get a beautiful report of all the current comparable listings and the most recent sales in the neighborhood.

I also send a link for Market Snapshots in my emails, and also have a form on my websites for the Market Snapshot. For example if you go to www.SweetHomeTampa.com you will see the request form on the top right side. I get requests regularly and then of course have their contact information.

They also have a new product called Market Builder which is postcards that are sent out to 400 homes.  I think this one is about $90 per month, but the subdivisions I have these for are mostly million dollar plus homes. The postcards say would you like to know what homes are currently listed for and what homes have sold for on your street and in your neighborhood. They then send you to a website, you enter your individual code and then get the market snapshot emailed to you. Thirty per week are sent out and each address receives three different postcards per year. I started a couple of months ago and have received about ten requests and have won two listings.
