2)      Locate OLS Folder, Delete AGNTADCN.DLL and AGNTDTCN.DLL.  Right-click on each file and select delete to remove files.

3)      Put in Agent Office CD. Select Install from Menu.

4)      Select APP interface

5)      Setup program will start. Select Uninstall to remove APP Interface. Select Next to continue.

6)      APP interface will begin uninstall process.

7)      You will receive a message confirming uninstall was completed.

8)      Put in Agent Office CD, select Install option

9)      Select Agent Software from list.

10)  Repair of Agent Office will begin.

11)  Start Agent Office and login. You will receive message asking to check for updates. Select yes to obtain updates from the Internet.

12)  There will be one update available for Agent Office. Any remote databases will need to be checked in prior to update.  If all remote copies have been checked in select OK to continue. Otherwise select Cancel and check-in all Remote databases before continuing.

13)   Select Next to install update.

14)  Update will begin to download to your PC.

15)  You may receive an error during installation of update. Verify Agent Office automatically closed before selecting OK.

16)  Select OK to begin Installation of update.

17)  You will be notified when update has been successfully completed.

18)   Eject and re-insert Agent Office cd to Re-Install APP Interface.  Select Install from Menu.

19)   Select APP Interface.

20)   Installation of APP Interface will begin.

21)  Select Yes to confirm to install APP Interface.

22)  Select Next to begin Installation of APP Interface.

23)  Select Yes to accept License Agreement.

24)  Installation of APP Interface will begin.

25)  Upon completion of installation machine will need to be rebooted.

26)  Hotsync Palm Device.
