Unique or Notable Features
Something I am asked for relatively often is a good referral tree. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s a great visual to see who referred whom by laying it out in branches. A referred B and B referred C, D, and E.
This is a nice visual that is missing in most Real Estate CRMs. A quick and dirty look at where your listings and closings are and the stages are customizable!
In keeping with the visual concept of AllClients in general, if you want to take almost any kind of an action with a group of contacts, here is where you do it!
I started using one of these back in 1996. At that time we purchased a separate computer that actually stored the messages on it and controlled the phone extensions. It was completely separate from everything but it was still a great lead capture tool. Now AllClients has integrated Trilio right into it so that everything is displayed internally.
AllClients provides a very nice tool to create a simple landing page that can you use for informational pages, stealth lead generation pages, etc. It’s quite powerful with respect to your ability to customize the page itself, the completion page, the actions you can take when submitted and even analytics!
Email campaign reporting/analytics
Most real estate CRMs do not have internal analytics to show you the results of your campaign. AllClients does! Send out a blast email and then analyze it to see who your best prospects are and to improve the next one.
