    When I went on to the ‘suppport’ line I was on hold for nearly an hour – from overseas.. it was unacceptable

    I stopped using this one some time ago when I discovered they ‘held up’ my client bulk email activities until early morning (2:00am) and some of my clients commented on this.

    It took away the ‘spontaneity’ of the intention.

    Glenn – how long ago was that? They have in the neighborhood of 75 tech support people on the phones and I have never heard of a significant delay let alone an hour. Was it recently? I have heard of the email queuing delay before but again it has been some time since I heard anyone complain about it. I understand it not being optimal to have them delayed, but if it’s a blast email isn’t that planned anyway?
