With literally no exceptions you will get as good or in most cases a better price or terms here than you will anywhere else, including the vendor’s site. I have been working with these affiliates for many years and have negotiated this into all of my contracts with them. In many cases I am the only reseller on the planet authorized to offer a better deal than the vendor’s themselves. In the case of Top Producer, I always sell it at the lowest price they will allow. But no one can publish any discounts. You will have to talk to me or email me to find out that price.
This is absolutely guaranteed without exception!
Going directly to the vendor has no benefit whatsoever. The primary difference is that they will try to sell you their product as being the best one. My goal is always to see if one of the ones I have, suits your needs best. If not, I’ll let you know.
Some people have a concern that if they buy here that they will not receive all the benefits of going directly to the vendor. In all cases when you purchase through this site you are going to a landing page which they have created for me where you can get a trial or purchase. After that I am out of the mix. You get exactly the same support and services as anyone else would. When you call support, there is no such thing as a note on your record that you bought the CRM through me. And even if there was, you would receive no different treatment, unless it was better.
There is no reason not to buy here and every reason to buy here. On the vast majority of products I have negotiated either a better price or a longer trial period and sometimes both. With some you get my Trans-Plans Emails/Letters for free.
Some people feel that cutting out the middle man is just a good idea. Not in this case. As a matter of fact, if you have any issues with the vendor after you purchase the product, I will do everything in my power to make sure you are happy in the long run. I have a lot of pull with these vendors because I give them business. Without me to intercede for you, you are just one more individual to deal with, as opposed to a voice in the industry.

The short answer is no. If I did I wouldn’t have time for anything else. All products I sell have their own support systems. Some are better than others. In private I will tell you which are which.
Let’s start with the premise that there is no best CRM, because everyone has different needs. You have essentially three choices when you’re looking for CRM software.
- There are the CRM vendors’ sites themselves. Obviously they are going to recommend theirs because it’s the only product they have. You certainly can’t blame them for trying to sell their product, but one size does not fit all.
- Second, there are a a few different kinds of sites that sell selections of CRM software. A couple even have someone you can talk to about them. Here is the test though. If they are recommending almost all generic CRMs and not Real Estate specific CRMs, not only is that misinformed but it means they do not know much if anything about being a Real Estate agent, or about the dozens of Real Estate CRMs that are available. So how can they tell you what is best for you? My opinion, formed as an agent first in 1987 and watching and using them since then is that generic CRM software wastes your time in many ways. For 99.9% of Real Estate agents, a CRM built for Real Estate is going to be much easier to learn and use than a generic CRM. If that were not true, I would sell many of the generic CRMs as well. That’s why with two exceptions, you will only see Real Estate CRM software here.
- Third, there is this site. Almost 30 different kinds of Real Estate specific software with in-depth reviews of each one. Gary has personally spent hundreds of hours with the CEOs and developers of all of these CRMs and many more to create these reviews.
