Unlike the vast majority of prospecting emails, these emails will actually get read because they are relevant to a listing or closing that is active/pending. If communication is critical when you are prospecting, what is it when the listing is active or the property is closing? By automating your follow-up during a listing or a closing you can stay in touch far better and more effectively, not to mention more efficiently.

NOTE: These are only the email/letter templates, if you want the activity plans/workflows as well, you want to go here. The difference is that these are just the emails/letters. The workflows encompass the entire process with almost 500 tasks between all five plans to automate your listing and closing processes. Everything is installed automatically into the CRMs listed on that page. Part of what those plans do is to automatically send all these follow-up emails/letters at the appropriate times.

This set of emails/letters will help you:
